RETURN POLICY

At Small Town Dusk®, we are committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer a 7 day return policy providing that that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. 

  • All items must be in their original condition and shipped back in original product packaging.

  • Contact our customer service department via phone at 717-556-8154 or email at orders@smalltowndusk.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return to process your claim.

  • Put your order number on the box and securely package your items to be returned in order to prevent breakage during transit. 

​

  • Please allow up to one week for refund to be processed (minus any original shipping costs) from the receipt of goods. A confirmation email that your refund was processed will be mailed to the email address on file.

Returns must be approved by a customer service representative. Customer must provide return shipping tracking number, order number and items being returned for a refund.

All carrier costs, including original shipping costs and costs incurred for a refund/exchange are non-refundable.
